Reo Hotel

We booked a room here using Expedia and upon arrival, we noticed that the place was a complete dump and looked nothing like the photos that were uploaded. We left almost immediately after arriving. I talked to the front desk (Adnan, I believe) and he said he would issue a refund after subtracting the cost of the first night, which we didn’t stay. The day after he refused to do so. I took several photos of the property, which I’m happy to share—I anticipated something like this might happen. This feels like a typical scam, and it’s unacceptable.

Wir kamen in der Nacht an und da ging’s schon los. Klein angefangen, im Zimmer hat erstmal nichts funktioniert, weil die vergessen haben, die Sicherungen im Schaltkasten einzuschalten, warum die auch aus war, keine Ahnung. Nächsten Anruf getätigt weil weder Seife noch Shampoo befüllt war. Anschließend am nächsten Tag, war gerade dabei meinem kleinen Sohn die Haare zu Föhnen, da gab es ein Lichtbogen und es kam zum Kurzschluss mit einem Knall, da keine Kabel richtig isoliert war. Keiner konnte uns weiterhelfen obwohl wir mehrfach danach gebeten haben. Fernseher war dann auch tot, auch wenn wir ihn nie gebraucht haben aber es geht ums Prinzip. Bieten einen Transfer zum Flughafen für 35€ an obwohl alle anderen Taxis über der App ca. 20€ verlangen. Zum Zimmer selbst, das Zimmer im 1. Stock mit dem größten Balkon ist ein Witz, man sieht zwar das mehr aber viel mach das Vordach von Restaurant darunter und am Wochenende Laute Musik bis in die Nacht. Sofa ist im Zimmer voller Flecken, alles andere als Sauber. Zudem konnte von unten jeder in unser Zimmer hochschauen, weil am Balkon ein Glas ausgetauscht ist, das kein Milchglas ist. Alles in einem empfehle ich dieses Hotel nicht. Zudem wird das Hotel zu 90% von unerfahrenen Jungen Leuten geführt. Das einzig positive, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen in der Gegend.

Ok hotell givet ett relativt lågt pris. Hotellet påstår sig ha rökfria rum men det stämmer inte. Första rummet helt inrökt, vi bytte. Andra rummet inte lika illaliktande så vi fick acceptera det. Bra städning på rummet, men kattbajs i korridoren två gånger på en vecka. Låg standard på frukosten, men i paritet med hotellets prisnivå. Bra läge i Konyaalti, nära till den fina strandpromenaden och restauranger.

Odada ağır akar kokusu vardı. Hafta sonu çevre ve otel altında bulunan canlı müzik nedeniyle saat 2 den önce uyumak zor. Oda klimaları verimsiz. soğutmuyor. Yataklar sert.Kahvaltı vasat. Peynir tabaklarının yanında çalışan soğutucu motoru işin son noktası. Odalar ve genel temizlik iyi.

Stayed for 3 nights. Booked the deluxe room with sea view and got at a regular room with a view of the see. I ask for a room change room and was given another room with a better view but the room needed renovation. I eventually pay a little more and upgraded to the primary deluxe. The room was very nice with a jacuzzi, after trying to operate the jacuzzi got broken down. Maintenance came and took 45 min to fix the jacuzzi. Was a bit of disappointment as just upgraded and really love the room, I thought everything works. Breakfast couldav been a little bit more options!! The hotel seem to be having a big renovations as there where drilling noise from my room, banging, builders were up and down the corridor, room were fully open with debris on the floor outside. Very good location next to beach, loads of shops and restaurants around. I was disappointed because the gym was close literally no equipments. The spa in the hotel was really nice and sauna.

Had an amazing stay with the family, you could see from the balcony that other resorts were like a ghost town at this time of the year but this one although quite had a decent amount of guests. Very friendly staff, allowed us to check in an hour earlier too. One recommendation would be to put a microwave in at the main eating area as the food althou not cold i prefer my meals piping hot.Also the late night snack area needs to have more variety.

Lovely friendly hotel. Nice view. Check in was friendly and quick. Let us have our room earlier. Very clean. Spa was lovely and relaxing. Staff very friendly. Would defo come back
