Le cadre est magnifique et le jardin bien entretenu . Il y a un potentiel certain à exploiter l’équipe est très agréable et serviable. L’emplacement est bon.

Le restaurant sa cuisine n’est pas bonne . il faut revoir la décoration et le matériel sont dépassés La piscine est à refaire les transats sont cassés

Il personale è stato sempre presente, pronto ad ogni esigenza, tutti nella struttura erano veramente gentili e cordiali. La struttura aveva tutto, ed era molto curata. Si trova anche in una posizione "strategica" al centro di tutto 20 minuti da Bari, 7 dal centro della cittadina, 30 minuti da Gravina ecc. Bella la piscina che ha acqua di una sorgente, per questo é un po freddina ma di mattina e nel primo pomeriggio ciò non si avverte molto dato che i raggi solari che passano tra gli alberi la riscaldano. Rocco, un membro dello staff é stato a mio avviso eccellente dandoci continuamente consigli su come vivere la vacanza al meglio e tutto quello di cui necessitavamo, ma in realtà tutto lo staff della struttura è stato eccellente. Ho soggiornato nella stanza ortensia, pulita ordinata, e molto spaziosa, anche con un piccolo balconcino che affaccia sul giardino della struttura. Inoltre alle spalle del resort c'è un giardino di ulivi davvero grande e molto bello da vedere. Insomma il soggiorno è stato fantastico, e la struttura e lo staff eccellenti. Consigliato. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

"We spent a nice family vacation at the Villa delle Querce resort."

Our family room was spacious, with a jacuzzi on the terrace, which was appreciated by our kids a lot. Staff was very nice and helpful, always ready to meet our requests. The pool was super clean, we spent quite some hours there. Breakfast was sufficient, more oriented to sweet cakes, but this is normal for Italy, as far as I know. You can find also cheese/salami/prosciutto on the table, if you would like to eat some. Coffee was excellent.
