"A very charming hotel in Shymkent."

Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast options and lots of fruit - we especially loved the delicious strawberries! The staff were very accommodating and even prepared takeaway breakfast for our early departure on the day we checked-out. The location is great and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

唯一不足就是空调有些外挂机太吵， 可以换新的静音空调了……

Мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Здесь прекрасно всё — от сервиса до атмосферы. Очень уютный номер, продуманные удобства, благодаря которым я действительно смогла отдохнуть и прекрасно выспаться. Отдельно хочется отметить вкусный завтрак и невероятно внимательный персонал — чувствуется искренняя забота о каждом госте. Спасибо за комфорт, тепло и приятные впечатления. С удовольствием вернусь снова.
