Отличный отель, живу только здесь, когда приезжаю в Шымкент. Завтраки очень вкусные и щедрые, номера уютные, все супер! Не в центре, но это компенсируется качеством отеля.

В одну ночь внезапно выключились батареи, но на следующее же утро проблема была решена. Персонал идет навстречу и решает все вопросы.

È stato come sentirsi a casa. Il personale non parla inglese ma fa di tutto per farsi capire, sempre con il sorriso e grande gentilezza. Colazione ottima, grande varietà di scelta. La struttura è pulitissima e le stanze hanno tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno, sono grandi ed accoglienti. Grazie di tutto!
