"Exceptional"

The location was perfect. We had an ocean front, large room. Great view for the boardwalk parade. Staff were very friendly.

The sliding door was broke, thin walls. Could hear everything the neighbors were doing.

"Disappointing this time."

Location, dog friendly

5 days no Wi-Fi. Asked the front desk staff several times and they could not care less. Made no effort to find out what was going on. My daughter and I spent $50 for extra data so we could check in with work. I have stayed here at least 10 times and never had any problem but this week sucked. Housekeeping staff is excellent. $148 for 1 dog for 4 nights was too much. It has never been that much before.

The Paradise Plaza is a pet friendly hotel that provides a clean and welcoming experience, with quiet, spacious rooms. Everyone is helpful. The location is perfect and now Thrashers is right below! We book there every year and are provided a discount!
