"It was a great value and would recommend staying here. It was clean and very comfortable!"

The room itself was clean

The elevator was broken the entire time we were there. We had to use the service elevator WHEN it worked. That was a hassle because house keeping and staff were also using it causing long delays. We were on the top floor so going up the stairs was not an option as we do have handicaps. Staff was not apologetic either. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience.

"It's OK if you need a Biltmore area stay."

Close to Trader Joe's.

Our bedroom wall was shared with the elevator shaft. Loud for much of the night. The front sliding door to the hotel almost always had a vehicle (deliveries and guests) parked in front of and blocking it even though it was clearly marked "No Parking".

Room was very noise for a suite, no wear to get comfortable could have used a foot stool, to bad over all was clean and nice
