In accordance with local regulations and building rules, the seasonal switch between heating and cooling modes, as well as the activation dates, are managed centrally by the building administration and are not controlled by the host. Typically, the system is set to cooling mode (air conditioning) in May and to heating mode in October/November. During transitional periods (spring/autumn), the availability of air conditioning or heating therefore depends on the condominium schedule and local regulations. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that the inability to activate air conditioning or heating outside the dates and operating modes established by the condominium does not constitute a service failure and does not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
