Silver Surf Motel

It was near where we needed to be. It also had a nice lawn area for our dog.

The beds were ridiculous. While the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the bed was on a metal frame that sat on some sort of metal box. Only one chair so you had to fight for who got the chair and who had to sit on the bed.

Stayed for a night, location great in San Simeon, and both asa stop on Highway No 1 or to visit Hearst Castle. Room was clean and comfortable, food options around. Why spend more

Location was good, room and facility was clean.

Thin walls, we had noisy inconsiderate people next door and below us. This wasn't the fault of the motel, but better sound insulation may help. We didn't get much sleep.

The staff especially the nice young lady that checked me in at 10 pm on May 20th of this yearl . She was polite and professional. She really went out of her way to make sure I had a wonderful stay.. . I wish every hotel property had people like her on their staff. The rooms were clean and modern. A truly.
