La Ubicación, cerca de la playa caminando y a unos 15 minutos en transporte del casco antiguo de la ciudad . El personal muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno aunque muy básico es suficiente

La habitación tenía una fuga de agua en el aire acondicionado, se informó y fue solucionado sin inconvenientes

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Ancient Beach Boutique resort. We fell in love with the resort and staff. They went above and beyond, making our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast was always delicious and the staff were so accommodating when we had booked an early tour pick up. It was a bonus having the Spa services on site as we were able to book for massages and then just wander back to our rooms to relax. The staff in the Spa were as equally beautiful and very good. We booked the ground floor room which I feel like was the best. Fantastic value for money on top of the lovely experience.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If you are wanting to be closer to Old Town, and more lively action, this may be something you may not like. However, supper cheap and easy to get there. Download the Grab App and you can get into the Hussle bustle for under $10 (AUD).

Я не буду снижать рейтинг - ставлю 8, но у отеля есть огромные для меня но: 1. Меня заселили в комнату без окна. То есть комнаты за эту цену совершенно разные- может попасться панорамные окна на первом этаже или на 3ем без окна. Там была сбоку комнаты стеклянная дверь шириной 90см (стандарт маленькая) и это и было «окно». Здесь же из плюсов есть своя терраса, но по сути на нее может попасть хоть кто, так как дверь еще ищет из общей зоны. Опять же странно, что если я хожу голая и кто то на этой террасе - то я уже не могу ходить голая. 2. Номер реально уставший. Наверное это логично из за цены на жилье у моря. Но я 3й раз в хой Ане и везде жилье хорошее, можно просто жить в 15 минутах пешком и все будет ок В комнате тек унитаз так сильно, что весь пол в ванной был затоплен На террасе нет света вообще. Он не работать. Я сходила вниз - мне дали фонарь. За это спасибо 3. По прибытию я попросила трансфер. Мой рейс задержали и у меня не было номера водителя. В итоге мы не могли найти друг друга, очень долго, а по номеру телефона отеля в 12 ночи никто не отвечал Но спасибо что меня встретили. 4. На завтрак я ела фрукты, так как у отеля нет веганских опций.

The property is beautifully designed, and most importantly the beds are exceptionally comfortable. After traveling through Vietnam for several months, finding a place with a genuinely comfortable bed can be surprisingly difficult, but this was absolute perfection. Hot water works great. Strong wifi. The location is also fantastic, the beach is right across the street. If you are traveling to Hoi An and looking for a high-quality, comfortable, peaceful, and genuinely welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was polite and helpful. I had excursions early in the morning so I would have missed breakfast but they were kind enough to pack me a takeaway breakfast both mornings. The hotel is right across a main street from the beach; I didn't spend much time there but it seemed mostly clean and uncrowded. I liked being outside the Old Town of Hoi An as it felt the busiest and most tourist-y of the cities I visited in Vietnam, but just know that you will be far from the majority of shops and restaurants. It would be a bit of a walk, but about a 10min motorbike ride away from the Old Town center.

The room itself was clean and spacious but the bathroom had some hair and spots when I first checked in. There was also no shower curtain at all, so if you tried to shower, water just got everywhere. I thankfully didn't see any bugs in the room, but there were cockroaches right outside. Also as a solo traveler, I would have felt safer on a higher floor rather than a ground level room with a door facing the outside side street. Overall my stay was fine, but if I were to come back, I would spend more money for a nicer place.
