"Amazing experience!"

The most amazing hotel we’ve ever been to so far. There’s a real sense of peace and calm and we love the wellness ethos of the place. The rooms were kept very clean and tidy by the lovely Jeab. Amazing breakfast and lovely helpful and kind staff. Our only request would be for a few more vegan food options.

Не понравились серое и старое постельное белье, убогие затасканные подушки и одеяла, уставшие пожелтевшие с затяжками полотенца - необходимо регулярно обновлять постельное белье и следить за тем чтобы отель соответствовал своей категории. Такого убогого белья я давно не встречала в хороших отелях! Не понравилось что номер грязный откровенно был на заселении. Утром менеджер по уборке привел команду уборщиков и номер отмыли до блеска, но впечатление от неряшливой уборки осталось, так не должно быть

Excellent Facilities, front of house, housekeeping and restaurant staff.

Rude guests to Thai national guest and staff; particularly those guests from Russia, and narrow minded Brits (We are also British - so unbiased) Amusing to see smoking around the fitness complex and pool in a ‘wellbeing’ resort.
