博多駅からホテルまで少し距離があるのでタクシーで行きました。 ベットは広くて、お風呂も綺麗でとても過ごしやすかったです。 Netflixが見れて楽しめるため、とても良かったです。 チェックインの仕方がとても複雑で、事前に チェックインが必須です。 私はしていなかったため、手こずってしまいました。ビデオ通話で係の人が教えてくれるのですが、直接人がいた方が分かりやすいし安心できるとは思いました。 また、宿泊税が1人200円必要で用意していなかったので大変でした。

"Beware cannot stow luggage like normal hotel"

Family room with cooking facilities

Not able to stow luggage. I didn't know that until hotel sent me email after I had paid. Details were in Japanese and the English details of the email did not indicate this. Check in 3 pm but check out is 10 am. Usually check out should be 11 am if check in is 3 pm

The place was really comfy and spacious. My son had accidentally left his baby blanket in the room after we check-out to leave for Osaka. The hotel found it and took the effort to mail it to Osaka for us. Really appreciate their service! Thank you so much!
