Lovely sea views. Parking right outside. Great location for exploring Falmouth. Clean and comfortable. Quiet position. Spacious apartment.

The 3 bed lodge was perfect for us. Really close to the beach with a seaview. Good condition with all the amenities needed. Parking on site, outside seating. Really lovely

The decor was nice and the beds were comfortable. The location right on the beach and close to the center was great.

Unfortunately, the description did not say that the terrace led directly into the hotel car park. So you were practically sitting there on display with no separation and unfortunately had no privacy. Unfortunately, there were no dishwashing sponges, kitchen towels or spare garbage bags. There was also no salt, pepper or oil.

No welcome/ information pack in property. Staff unaware of where or who was responsible in providing response to maintenance issues. No WiFi.

Very small chairs, did not get wifi to work :) password did not work and was not given network name, gas hob.

Upon check-in, the hotel staff gave no guidance as to which lodge we were staying, only saying number 3 ! Which was confusing as they were named, and the name on our key was half missing. There could be coat.hooks in the hallway and possibly on the back of bedroom doors
