For us it was a very nice stopover between Pretoria and George on our road trip. Very friendly staff and spacious rooms. Helped us with breakfast packages even though we left very early 🙏😀

A Bad Experience!

Wrong Room. Booked Family with Kitchenette and got another room. Rooms are not at all sound proof. Noisy room next to us until 1am , Property is uncontactable after 21:00 , So if a pipe burst or electrical fault or any emergency you are on your own. One towel and bath robe still hanging in the bathroom. Only one robe. Terrible terrible experience.

Room was nice though different from pictures

Well the staff specifically the manager. I had requested in advance for the cancelation fee to be requested but no response. I then called on the day and was told it would be actioned, only for her to deny the request. I understand that it is policy but the whole point was request to waive the fee.. It wouldn't have been a big deal for her to do but when you are money hungry its impossible to ask. Also the rooms have 0 privacy.
