Location. Right across from the beach and a great restaurant and lounge. Also, Brooklyn at checkout and the breakfast and breakfast attendant. They were the bright side of the stay.

Lethargic attitude at check in, barely mumbling if any discourse at all. Room had no coffee maker, nor phone. It was clean but bare minimum. The place was empty and charged $10 for parking in their on site large lot. Ludicrous. Much better options abound.
