The unit rented is fully equipped with most items needed. The unit is also quite spacious, there are also parking available should one needs it. It's quite the walk from the ferry terminal, but there are convinent stores nearby.

The self check in process could do with a more easy and user friendly interface.

The facility is good

Poor check-in procedure and no in advance information provided for check-in. And we were locked in the room for 30 minutes due to the issue of the electronic key lock of the door and the electronic key lock kept producing alarm sound, which was so annoying and the customer service just asked me to wait for 15 minutes to let the alarm stop. The whole check in process was poor

静かで滞在しやすいが、夜で雨が降っていると、場所がわかりにくかった。駐車場も、大きな車がいると、若干止めにくい。

이틀간 잘 사용했습니다. 주차도 편하고 방,욕실 다 만족합니다. 다만 첫날에 잘 없던 모기가 좀 있어서 좀 의아해 했습ㄴㆍ다.

入室のための案内が来ず、こちらから問い合わせてようやく入室方法がわかった。また、問い合わせ後いただいた情報では不十分で再度連絡しなければならなかった。口コミにも同じような内容があったが、報告を受けているのであれば、改善して欲しいと思った。それ以外、施設や環境などには大変満足している。
