I love both rooms...it was my daughter's 20th birthday 🎂 In they made her feel so special. They went above and beyond...am for ever grateful and in love with this hotel

Our room had a beautiful view of the Detroit river and the princess. Easy distance for walking to any major event.

The name lights outside the hotel were burnt out.

paid for late checkout and was woken up by housekeeping. no housekeeping was provided through multiple days.staff didn’t care about the reckless children in the pool at late night hours and the lack of care from their parents to be respectful to others in the pool area! we all paid to be there! however there should be a cut off time for kids. requested more soap to be brought up and never saw anyone or recieved anything
