I had a pleasurable experience. I greatly enjoyed the pool area. The staff was helpful, the price was affordable, and the cleanliness was up to par.

Clean, safe and near the convention center. The hotel is in good shape for its age but is well maintained.

Staff didn’t care about giving a good impression I checked in at front counter and clerk wasn’t courteous or nice - he charged me for parking after I told him Expedia offer free parking at this hotel. Told me a few times to show him proof and I wasn’t going to spend 5 min looking up the hotel side in Expedia - I stayed at another hotel in the same city few nights before that I booked with Expedia and had the best service Clerk of this hotel wasn’t saying anything good about Expedia and still change me for the parking. When I checked out the following afternoon no one offer to help with luggage and clerk never bother to ask me if I needed assistance I give this hotel Plaza Guadalajara the worst rating.

Very nice and clean Hotel, staff very friendly at the front desk helped us out quick and easy. Liked the bartender Martin great guy friendly gave us advice of places to visit.

I was not deliver what I paid for...plus even if I ask the answer was negative and ineffective, full of excuses at the time of give a solution.

On our last night of the stay the entire hotel lost power at 9pm. It did not return until 3pm the next day.

Good location in the business district has good restaurants, mall in a walking distance
