- Unusable wifi - Poor noise insulation made plane noises really loud starting 5 AM - Hotel shuttle did not leave at the hour as was advertised - $30 Amenity fee (on par for Honolulu going rate)

Restaurant, staff and shuttle were great.

Room needs a good clean and up dating. The band that played LOUDLY outside our window for 3 hours was not expected and not appreciated. We should have been warned about this before we checked in and assigned a quieter location. We were offered a move once they stared playing but we were already settled in our room and too tired to make a move. It was a very uncomfortable evening.
