Founder's Brook Motel and Suites

Our room was pristine with great amenities, including a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge. I appreciated the extra storage area in the bathroom. The decor was fresh and tastefully appointed with current technology for accessing local info along with secure wifi. The bed was very comfortable. All rooms have easy access to parking. We would definitely choose Founders Inn again.

The air conditioner was a bit loud and kept turning on and off. However, we realized the next morning, we could have adjusted it accordingly.

No breakfast or access to water. Isolated from food sources and hard to get in and out due to traffic. Worst part was dark and dreary. The only window was next to bed so no privacy to open curtains. Cold floors, no carpet even in bath. Dreary unit. Landscape machines going non stop for two days I stayed and i could not wait to leave.

The cabin was large and comfortable.

The location is convenient if you’re visiting Newport and want to spend less, but there wasn’t a lot around.
