The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean.

The entry door did not have a great seal. You could see light enter around the door. The dead bolt held and since we visited in warm weather it was a non issue.

Mattress could have been more comfortable. Air conditioner did not stay at an even temperature - turned on and off during the night.

"A quiet relaxing place to return to after a busy and over stimulating day of vacationing."

The location is great! Only 15-20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Providence. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. And the surrounding area is quiet.
