Beach Port Lodge

This place is not live able at all. I stayed there only 5 nights out of 17 nights that was extremely hard for me with lots of suffering, and I got sick. Please get my money back from them and return it on my credit card as soon as possible. The suffering was as follows: 1. No hot water most of the time, I had to take cold bath and it’s still winter in Durban, South Africa. 2. No heat at all, and I became sick because of cold. 3. No seat on the toilet commode to seat to use it !!!!!! 4. No WiFi. 5. No Mini Refrigerator. 6. No microwave, 5. No Ironing facilities. 6. No house keeping service to clean my room or change the bed sheet etc. 7. No fresh towel !! I had to use one towel for all 5 days!!! 8. Receptionist was not professional or helpful at all. 9. No Functional AC. 10. No Functional TV. 11. No lift or any help to carry luggages on three story up !!! 12. The building itself is a junk old building with mold. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE EXPEDIA SHOULD ADVERTISE FOR ITS MEMBERS. I am long time Expedia Member and I am very disappointed because I suffered a lot and my vacation got ruined up because of this nonsense place Beach Port Lodge!!!!!!!!!! I have complained officially to Expedia by email and by call. It’s not solved yet. Please get my money return from them for 12 nights as early as possible. Since I already paid full for 17 nights I got in stuck with them and I didn’t know what to do. I was not getting help from Expedia also. I have tried to bring all these issu
