La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DFW West-Glade Parks

This was a last minute booking after a delay had me stranded at DFW. The staff were very kind and helpful. Airport pickup and drop off went smoothly and the room was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and was much needed. Price was reasonable as well.

They don't have luggage storage, but staff worked to get me an early check in which was even better. In terms of facilities, there is some room for improvement the fixtures in the first floor restroom seem to be broken and the room was a bit worn. Regardless of these things the room was a good value.

Great location everything was right by us.

Breakfast was going fast had to wait for them to refill a lot but they did it quickly so not even that bad.

First Room I got 209 didn’t have ac I told the front desk they said it takes a while waited 2 hrs and it only got hotter finally after shift change I went down again and the new front desk lady got me a new room 317 now I accidentally left items in the old room nothing expensive but items that I use daily when I went back to try and retrieve them I was told they weren’t there but they keep saying the wrong room I finally got upset and left like I stated before they weren’t expensive unexpectedly I had to stay 2 more nights but after my experience I decided to go next door for the extra nights even if it means paying more money I know I’m just 1 individual but maybe the lack of care can get fixed for future customers

Our room was wonderful!

If I had a complaint, I wasn’t able to turn on the bathroom light without turning on the light out in the hallway thereby possibly disturbing my husband’s sleep.

Its ok

Can’t put my finger on it, but it’s ok, to spent a Couple of nigths.
