Central Belfast Apartments: Victoria

Great location, very comfortable apartment

Clean, close to centre.

Appeared to be an 'immigrant' hotel. Lots of foreigners walking round the grounds. Only one hair dryer for an apartment with three double bedrooms.

Clear instructions to find it and near some lovely bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed, ample space, kitchen facility including fridge-freezer, kettle and microwave. Appreciated the option to use a free bag storage in central Belfast.

Window in bedroom was broken and there was a bodge job to fix it - it could not be opened. Looked very bad. Duvet provided was very thick for summer. There was no facility to make a real coffee - not even a simple cafetiere or jug and sieve. Valve on radiator in bathroom appeared to be broken.

Location was great & a very easy walk to shops bars & restaurants. The apartment was easily spacious enough for 4 adults & checkin/access was clear & secure. Staff were very helpful & quick to try & help when we had an issue with the balcony door.

There was a slight issue with cleanliness which we informed them about - a sticky stain left on the kitchen floor for example. It would also have been helpful to have had correct details about the rubbish/recycling, for example the correct bag to put food waste in so that we didn't have to go through it all in the waste disposal area at the end of our stay.
