Central Belfast Apartments: Victoria

Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας δεν ήταν ικανοποιητική. Το κατάλυμα δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό — εντοπίσαμε ακόμη και ιστό αράχνης στον χώρο. Επιπλέον, στα μπάνια δεν υπήρχε σταθερή παροχή ζεστού νερού. Το πιο αρνητικό όμως ήταν ότι μόλις μισή ώρα πριν το check-in ενημερωθήκαμε πως έπρεπε να καταβάλουμε χρηματική εγγύηση, κάτι που δεν είχε γνωστοποιηθεί νωρίτερα. Η επικοινωνία μέσω email αρχικά ήταν βοηθητική, ωστόσο η υπάλληλος μας ενημέρωσε ότι δεν μπορούσε να περιμένει άλλο, καθώς είχε ήδη σχολάσει, κάτι που μας έφερε σε δύσκολη θέση την τελευταία στιγμή

Very poor management — unjustified £250 charge, lack of transparency, and off-platform payment request. My stay at this property was disappointing from the beginning: the cleaning was not adequate and the dishwasher was broken. However, the worst part came afterwards. Although I booked and paid through Booking.com, the management company contacted me directly to request a second card and applied a £250 deposit hold outside of Booking.com. After checkout, they kept the entire £250 without providing any evidence. Only months later, and only because I repeatedly followed up, they returned part of it. If I had not insisted, they would have simply kept my money. They claimed that £70 were withheld for a “parking permit”, but: – The House Rules they provided do not mention any parking permit, only the fob. – The official replacement cost of the permit is £10, yet they charged £70. – They have never provided an invoice, receipt, or proof of the amount retained. Their communication was extremely unprofessional: contradictory statements, and no transparency at any point. They refused to provide any documentation to justify the charges. This experience showed a clear lack of professionalism and accountability. Guests should be aware that deposits may be withheld without justification or proper documentation. I strongly advise choosing another property with transparent and reliable management.

Gestión muy deficiente: cargo injustificado de £250, falta de transparencia y solicitud de pago fuera de Booking. Mi estancia en este alojamiento fue decepcionante desde el principio: la limpieza no era adecuada y el lavavajillas estaba roto. Pero lo peor llegó después. Aunque hice la reserva y el pago a través de Booking.com, la empresa gestora me contactó directamente para pedir una segunda tarjeta y aplicó una retención de £250 como depósito fuera de la plataforma de Booking. Tras la salida, me retuvieron los £250 durante meses sin aportar ninguna prueba. Solo meses después, y únicamente porque insistí varias veces, devolvieron una parte. Si no hubiera reclamado, se habrían quedado con todo mi dinero. Me terminaron cargando £70 por un “permiso de aparcamiento”, pero: – En las Normas de la Casa proporcionadas no aparece mencionado ningún permiso, solo el mando. – El coste oficial de reemplazo del permiso es £10, pero me cobraron £70. – Nunca enviaron factura, recibo ni documento alguno que justificara ese cargo. La comunicación fue muy poco profesional y absoluta falta de transparencia. Se negaron a proporcionar cualquier documentación que justificara las cantidades retenidas. La experiencia fatal, muy poca profesionalidad por lo comentado y además el apartamento en sí puedes decorarlo moderno pero hay que mantenerlo limpio...y bien mantenido (cosa que tampoco ocurre). No recomendaría este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto.

The whole team at Central Belfast Apartments were thoughtful, considerate, and highly professional. They did everything to ensure our stay was comfortable, our arrival was smooth, and check out was a breeze. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Lovely, lush apartment, plenty of space and amenities. There was tea,coffee, milks sugar and even soaps, shampoo and body wash. Hairdryers and straighteners, they thought of everything. Bed was very comfortable, I have back issues and not once did I wake up with any pain so 10/10 We arrived at like 10 and check in was 3 but they were kind enough to check if the apartment was ready and allowed us to check in early as well which made it that much better ☺️

The handles on the windows and on the balcony door are loose and weak. One of the window handles sheared off under very little pressure. We never opened the balcony door because the handle seemed too weak.

Very lovely place, spacious and open. Had a comfortable stay

Location was good. 5 -10 minute stroll to city centre

Hot water switch was off.on the boiler. Took us a wee while to locate the hot water knob to rectify the cold water/ hot water situation however all good in the end.
