Hotel Mi Casa

To be honest everything. The hotel's facilities and the staff's hospitality made our stay incredibly smooth. We left sad but grateful after such a great time in Chaiten.

This place is a relic of the past since it was not destroyed by the volcano and flood in 2008 since it sits on high ground. All old-time wooden construction. Interesting place to stay in

The bathroom was passable at best

Cordial people, good views of the surrounding area, clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

It’s dated and noise carries. Not as quiet as some would want.

Mi Casa is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. We arrived early, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave us coffee, and prepared our room so that we could check in early. The hotel is beautiful, and warm with lots of nice woodwork. Beautiful views of the volcano and town, and just a few minutes walk from markets and the waterfront. Staff were incredibly warm and friendly.

This is a quaint old hotel with small wood paneled rooms. It has a lot of character and the staff is extremely helpful.

The rooms are very small as is the bathrooms. Fittings are old and should be updated. The walls are very think and we have noisy neighbors upstairs and it sounded like they were in the room. A bit pricey for what you get but then so is most of Chile...
