Please note that guests must ask for the sauna and hot tub 24-hour in advance. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chili) must pay an additional fee of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption and the payment must be done in USD or euros in cash to be eligible. Guests who are not able to present both documents or pay in cash in the allowed currency will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chili. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Serie mi última opción"

La ubicación y la señorita de la recepción.

Las instalaciones son de muchos años, se escucha todo desde una habitación a otra, los pasajeros comienzan a moverse a las 5:00 am y se escucha en todo el hotel, la calidad precio y hotel está disparada, no vale la pena. El desayuno es pobre y te venden como extra los huevos revueltos y no tienes opciones de desayuno. Te entregan solo 3 láminas de queso o fiambre. El estacionamiento es precario.

"Alojamiento con espextativas altas pero no realizadas"

Cama y ropa cama bien . Vistas

Muy mala atención por parte de la dueña , prepotencia y mala disposición . El parking es reducido y a pesar de tener un gran espacio en la parte posterior del hotel no permite usarlo. Baño con grifería antigua , el agua baja presión y la temperatura a media y de repente se heló y quedamos a media sin poder terminar nuestra ducha , . No cuenta con secador de pelo . El televisor está pero no se pudo ocupar porque el enchufe estaba suelto y se desconectaba en forma intermitente . No hay recepcionista de noche y menos equipo de citófono . No es apto para personas con alguna discapacidad o muy mayores , ya que el hotel está en altura y hay que subir la escala del jardín y a posterior la escala del hotel , con equipaje . Nadie te ayuda . Bar, prácticamente lo cierran al oscurecer . Calefacción buena . Cama cómoda Desayuno básico Relación precio calidad: MUY MALA , muy caro para lo que el hotel ofrece .

Beautiful old building in a location that is close to town, yet quiet. While the parking lot is not secure, there was a decent spot to park my motorcycle close to the building for the night. It also appears to be a very safe location. The breakfast was nice in the morning and the view from the restaurant was even better.
