It was off season and some of the fact offered online .. like the spa.. were not available .

No spa services available. Husband got food poisoning in the evening after eating at the restaurant.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. The whole staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. All facilities were in great shape.

Food selection was limited during our stay. My shower did not work properly (shower head only worked when I continued to press the button to switch from the sink to shower head).

The stay is amazing ,the view from balcony ,the food , the location every thing is just perfect ..we enjoy a lot ...

Cleaning not ok

The property was located at an amazing location with snow covered mountain view from balcony. Also it is located away from the crowded place so that you can enjoy peace and the beautiful nature surrounded by mountains, trees and snow. No doubt rooms were extremely clean with availability of 24x7 centralised heater and hot water, making the entire stay fresh and energetic even in the extreme cold climate conditions. Service received right from the reception desk to House Keeping to Laundary was top notch.
