ottima posizione 10 minuti dall'aereo porto fiumicino, , fronte spiaggia, casa con corte interna parcheggio sia dentro che fuori comodo check in titolare molto cordiale.

Anfitrión muy atento a mis preguntas, instrucciones claras para el ingreso, disposición permanente de ayudar. Muy buen servicio.

Absolutely nothing

As soon as we arrived we smelt a scent of urine throughout the premises. We entered our room and the stench of mould was so unbearable we had to leave immediately, leaving the keys in the door and texting the owner of the issue. I had an allergic reaction and couldnt stay. The bathroom was full of mould also. They would not refund. We have stayed in many places in Fiumicino via Booking.com before and never had an experience like this in the past. Our health is more important than the money we lost. We ran!

Posizione molto particolare fronte spiaggia. Aria condizionata.

Struttura poco tenuta, umidità e muffa in tutte le stanze, letto con materasso “a gobbe” e mobili rovinati o macchiati.

Bene all'interno e la posizione.

Sì è spento il riscaldamento di notte, sono partito alle 4 di mattina per prendere un volo. Porta di entrata arrugginita.

Alloggio in un'ottima posizione, molto pulito e molto caldo. L'Host è stato gentilissimo con me e la mia famiglia, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di anticipare l'arrivo e ci ha dato informazioni su negozi in zona. Per mia madre con la stampella è stato perfetto, nessuna scala da fare. Super Consigliato!

Die Beschreibung unterscheidet nicht wirklich, was zum Zimmer gehört und was mitbenutzbar wäre. Die Infos zu den mitbenutzbaren Sachen ist vor Ort nicht gegeben. Die Schlüsselbox war ein Ratespiel. Das Zimmer dunkel und vor dem Fenster der Arbeitsplatz des Personals (Wäsche und Abfall). Wir sind nach einer Nacht ausgezogen. Der Besitzer teilte uns mit, dass es einfach sein würde, jemanden zu finden: "Ok, bring mir morgen die Schlüssel, und ich werde versuchen, das Zimmer wieder zu vermieten. Wenn ich es vermieten kann, erstatte ich dir das Geld zurück. Ich werde es sicher wieder vermieten können. Leider bleibt es heute frei." Danach haben wir nichts mehr gehört von ihm.
