The contactless entry was problematic. The code wouldn't work for my room and I had to call three times before someone picked up to help me. It took another several minutes for them to fix it remotely. Then, the bathroom was locked from the inside and there was no one on site to get me in. Once all that was settled, the stay was pleasant. The room was nice and spacious.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. The lady told me we had an upgrade from 102 to 104 but it didn’t feel like an upgrade. We lost access to the balcony

The property was filthy. Next to the bed there was something that had been slung on the wall and left to dry. The area next to the headboard had dust and larger debris. Every corner had a heap of dust/dirt. The shower was disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned well for several months. The tile in the shower had brown stuff stuck in it right about face level. You can tell they were only cleaning the floor of the shower, but the sides were filthy. The shower glass had soap scum and mineral deposits all over it. The area next to the toilet had a brown/orange film where the toilet brush was that was on both the toilet brush and seeped onto the floor. The sink had whisker shavings still in it from the previous guest. The floor in the living room had something brown dried on to it near the coffee table that looked like someone had tracked something in with their shoes. All in all, you could tell they don't CLEAN the unit, they just put things away and maybe wipe down the coffee table. I felt gross being in there but my stay was too short to request someone come clean it. That said, the unit is cutely decorated and they offered complimentary beverages and snacks which I appreciated. The sheets smelled clean.

The room was a delight. Very spacious with voguish decor. Nice fixtures and interesting color combinations! We were within walking distance to the water front and downtown college near restaurants and shops. Great experience and will highly recommend to friends

Loved the smooth contactless check-in! The King suite was clean and welcoming! The only thing missing were hangers which I noticed immediately as I was in town for a wedding! Otherwise the stay was great and the complimentary snacks and refreshments were appreciated! Would recommend to a friend!

Felt like home with the decor and comfort. Walking distance to downtown, bars, and restaurants.
