Good location and great breakfast included, nice people working there

the room was ugly and had horrible lighting, not very comfortable at all and I only slept there, totally eerie to be there for any other reason

The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good as well. Initially, I was placed on the 10th floor, where I quickly learned what “adults-only hotel” truly meant — the rooftop music was extremely loud and it felt like a disco in my room. I was unable to sleep until around 2 a.m. I was then moved to the 8th floor, where unfortunately the internet did not work. There was also an issue with the hotel water at first, which was later resolved. When I was checking out, my Uber was already waiting and I was told there was an additional charge of 10,000 COP. No explanation was provided for this charge. I don’t mind paying fees, but I would have appreciated knowing what the charge was for. Overall, my experience was mediocre. The only real saving grace was the friendly and helpful staff

Wonderful hotel! Really enjoyed my stay here and the fresh and tasty breakfast. The staff is friendly and kind, Maria Gabriela helped me with suggestions about the city. Recommended!

The location of the hotel was excellent, very Central and accessible to the train station as well as restaurants. The front desk staff were also very accommodating , prompt in responding to your request ,and ready to help at all times with a smile. I think they do a great job in representing the company.

There were two major areas that were lacking. One being the room cleaning services. Rooms and bath area, were not properly cleaned nor mopped for the entire length of our stay which was over a week. We had to constantly request for replenishment items such as soap, towels, etc. The other area is the breakfast and some of kitchen staff. The daily breakfast had one option only. You could not request for any other modifications, and it seemed that we were not the only ones who felt this because during our stay, we saw a couple of other guests just walk away from their breakfast after seeing the options. It seems like the Chef's knowledge and willingness to help was very very limited and some of the staff that were assisting her were equally blunt and refused any other request. Simple items that you get worldwide for a breakfast such as pepper, salt, sugar, jam, were mostly not available. Other than these two areas the rest was quite good. I hope they take this into consideration because they could vastly improve the overall feedback from future clients.

Had a great time staying at somos beats. Extremely welcoming people at the hotel that made our stay very pleasant. Mosquito bar was the highlight! Also in a nice and safe area.

Had the best time at Somos with my brother. Gabriela, Ashley and Sebastian were always on hand to ask any questions and ensure we have a safe trip exploring the city. Very thankful for their positivity and good spirits. Can’t wait to be back! PS breakfast is great! Bar upstairs is excellent! Overall a 10/10 experience.
