The breakfast wasn’t good.

Having to eat dinner with plastic knives and forks from to go boxes - no plates, no cutlery!

It was right across from the Aquarium. The parking attendants were very nice and helpful.

The bathroom door was frosted glass so whenever someone went in the bathroom at night it lit up the entire room. Parking was too expensive.

The breakfast was included and the location was great.

I wasn’t aware I’d have to pay a $75 security fee when I got there. Also couldn’t afford parking at the hotel because it was $65 a night. I paid $200 for a room for one night I should atleast be able to park my car in the hotel parking area without paying a fee let alone a $65 fee. Absolutely ridiculous and very inconvenient! Had to find parking down the street and wake up at 4:30 am to put more money in the parking machine. Please do better Hyatt. I will never book again.
