"Good customer service; sub-stabdard beds and fueniture."

The breakfast was good. The customer service was good as they did work to resolve my problem with the sink hole bed although I thought it quite hilarious and royally ridiculous the first night that the suggestion was to pad the sink in the bed with blankets. I was granted a new room the next night.

Replace those worn out sink hole mattresses. Unclog the slow running sinks. Put less linens in the washer and dryer so that the bedding won't be so wrinkled and Motel 6 looking. I was very dissapointed with the room quality as it does not live up to the name Hyatt.

Close to EVERYTHING I needed to get to in a timely manner! Very satisfied. Visited tge Aquarium and was able to walk there and enjoy the day.

"Ubicación perfecta!!"

Las instalaciones están muy bien y la ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todos los lugares icónicos de Atlanta. El servicio del personal fue excelente y si haces pedidos virtuales no te cobran por recoger tus paquetes.

El desayuno es casi igual todos los días y hay muy pocas opciones de proteínas, más aún si no te gustan los huevos revueltos de hotel. Lo cual te deja muy limitado.
