I would give much more. Weak wifi and dirty bathroom do not bother me. but after the trip I slept for 3 hours because the water pump was so loud. and that with headphones

The staff at Sampan house were exceptional. They really tried hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They don't speak any English, so we relied on Google Translate which worked well most of the time, although there was the odd misunderstanding which is to be expected. The iced coffee was brilliant and the Vietnamese breakfast was very tasty.

The shower was a bit hit and miss, with the hot water not always available, but with the weather, this was hardly an issue
