Clean and laid out well, room was huge.

Wish bed was a little softer and ac/heater a bit quieter but other than that room was great. Did notice one plug in was loose but i notice that stuff.

We were running late because of a pet emergency, and when I called they were so kind and reassuring and told me no worries, and when we arrived the (24 hour!) front desk lady made us feel safe and welcome! The fresh made popcorn and water were grateful bonuses as well :-)
