We loved this hotel. The property is very safe and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast was great. The rooms aren’t huge, but there are areas outside of the rooms to sit and relax. All of the staff was very friendly.

The professional yet kind and friendly staff most of all, from the front desk to maid service and kitchen, they are all terrific. The beautiful and individual decor in each room that beautifully reflects Mexican cultures that makes just being in them a treat. The common areas are equally excellent. It's located just steps from the heart of Tlaquepaque, but you wouldn't know it because it's so quiet The beds are comfortable and the linens are great. A delicious breakfast is made to order, along with freshly squeezed juice and a mug of strong coffee. Everything is done right here. I reserved a room for my sister in law and her family when they visit. I would not suggest anywhere else. Gee, I guess you can tell I love this hotel.

There was nothing to dislike.

Attention to detail/ quality workmanship- beautiful paint job! Artistic design throughout the property. Best location to explore the artesian village. Quiet but close to the action.

Staff was great!!! Breakfast was delicious. I felt at home. Very welcoming.
