- Good location - Good breakfast - Good contact - It was clean

- we got a room different than we booked. It was visually a lot worse. We have not been informed about it until I texted the property at 10pm askijf what’s going on. They said they gave us a free upgrade. But it didn’t look like an upgrade. It was a downgrade. - the aircondition automatically turned on to 28c degrees, or by someone from other room - I informed the property. It also needs service because after this we got allergy and running nose. We had to turn it of by switch on the wall. - the balcony was dirty and full of pidgeon shit. - the property forces you to download the application on the phone to access property. The application does not meet any standards - the terms and conditions are not present, GDPR consent as well and they ask you to scan document to check in which is legally not required by italian law and illegal based on EU law. Other properties just need your details without photo. I reported the app in the App Store.

Colazione buona, non particolarmente ricca.

Bagno minuscolo. Letto scomodissimo, il materasso e i cuscini non sono adeguati, si sprofonda. Lenzuola vecchie. Sul terrazzo c'erano mozziconi di sigaretta.
