Das Restaurant und das Personal waren wirklich hervorragend.

Das von uns bewohnte Zimmer war katastrophal. Schimmel, extremer Geruch und das Zimmer war in wirklich schlechtem Zustand. Nach Beschwerde hat die Leitung wirklich sehr professionell reagiert und ist uns beim Preis entgegengekommen. Wir hatten das Gefühl das unsere Beschwerde ernst genommen wurde.
