"El peor trato qué me han dado en un hotel "

Mi checkout era a las 12.30 y a las 2.30 de la tarde que (me quede usando la alberca) ya no me quisieron prestar toallas secas para la alberca. El día anterior no pude usar la alberca y tuve que irme del hotel porque en el área de la alberca permitieron qué gente que no estaba en el hotel hospedada (sino que tenían un day pass) llevaran comida y bebidas alcohólicas y pusieran su propia música. El domingo me dijeron que tenia que retirarme y que ya no podía usar la alberca (a pesar de que estuve y aun seguía consumiendo comida y refrescos en su área de alberca) llamé al gerente y reporte todo esto jamás había recibido un trato tan terrible. Y eso que soy miembro Hilton honors.
