Hotel BKC Garden

There is nothing in this hotel that I will like. This was my worst experience I ever had.This place is disgusting.

Really had a great time staying here. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the staff was also friendly and helpful. The service was also really good. Would really like to recommend this place to my fellow travelers.

The staff were very helpful is accomodating us with an early check-in.

I had traveled to this hotel a few days back. I had booked this hotel on an urgent basis without checking its rating and reviews this was a new hotel that much I newed. When I reached the location of the hotel it was not that good. And I started getting wired thoughts in my mind. A it was late and I did not have any option late at night. When I reached the hotel I was actually shocked to see the hospitality and the atmospheres of the hotel. at the first impression only they make me made feel like a homie person. offered me a welcome drink. As it was too late so they asked me my reservation name and asked to check-in a smooth and fast way. Then they help me with my luggage and lead me to my room. When I entered the room it was a sweet perfect arranged room with all the basic amenities and all. Everything was good at the hotel staff is also very supportive and caring especially Mr. Siddquie. Thank you so much to all. Please Don't Judge the Hotel by its location.

BKC Grand is always known for its service, food and moreover quality it has maintained for decades. Riverside rooms makes stay more beautiful. Staff very humble and it's location near business centre, makes stay more happier.

The staff is willing to cooperate for every need of people, but it's just too new and under development. The internet is slow, and the hotel area is just horrible I wish the amenities and the staff is more up to date so people don't have to keep asking for every little thing

It was dirty and there were bugs and a very large roache in the room

The hotel location is great with neat and clean rooms, friendly staff, one should must visit with family and friends, it's the best hotel BKC, will surely recommend this hotel and will visit once again.

We paid for triple bed and endup getting double bef with extra mattress on floor. Staff was rude and threatening us to cancel our reservation. This hotel is located in worst area (cleanliness wise).I will never book my trips with expedia.
