The staff, breakfast and pool facilities can be improve.

Wifi connection is terrible during our stay at Block C and aircond not functioning. Several times stay here and aircond always not functioning.

lampu sngt lah malap .. n toilet paip leaking.. call cs suruh hntr org betulkan itu pon ambik masa sngt lama kami dh penat tak larat nk Tunggu so bırakan saja.. n takde lift utk naik ke bilik so Dtg dgn luagage agak susah, Kalau bercuti bawak parents yang tua sangat tak recommended..

*Acond took a while to cool the room (aging unit) *Room and furniture design is aging (the sofa fabric could use a good wash) *First time experience we came for bfast at 7 but the restaurant is still not ready yet
