Property was very dirty they had to send a crew to clean up the apartment again. so many bugs all over. some furniture were broken the couch was so dirty the dirt cant even come off. we found mold on the wall in the kitchen the bathroom smelled like sewer and the toilet seat was broken. the only positive thing was after back and forth they offered to give us another apartment (which was better conditions) but my wife refuse to stay at that building. Very unhappy overall

A great apartment, near the city's hotels. Close to all shopping centers. We were two couples in the apartment. And we had more than wonderful! We will be back again. I highly recommend this place

The apartment is located in a convenient location. Close to shops, shopping centers and the city center. In front of the house, on the other side of the street, there is a parking lot, convenient for those who come with their own transport.

Unfortunately, when we arrived at the apartment, we found it poorly cleaned: dirty sink, a gas stove, a kettle full of lime, crumbs and loose items under the dining room and living room tables. The corner sofa is full of crumbs. the bedrooms are full of dust on and under the beds. We even found a dirty ear pick behind the door. The doors of the closet are creaky, there are no shelves in they are simply placed at the bottom of the closet. All the decorative pillows on the beds were unclean, so we had to wash them ourselves. There is no paper holder in the bathroom, it is broken, as is the holder for the shower, there is no place to put shampoo or somerhing in the shower, the water mixer also need to be repaired. The dining table was dirty and needs to be changed a long time ago, the dining room chairs are dirty. The balcony has a fantastic view of the sea, but everything there is full of dust . We were really looking forward to this trip and I was very disappointed with what I got for really big money. The apartment administrator was trying to be healpful and remove some of the idues, but basically the apartment needs cosmetic repairs and a very good cleaning.

A complete nightmare that ruined my trip. I am still fighting to get back the money that I paid for this sh*thole. The posted pictures were of a modern bilevel apartment overlooking the Gallillee Sea. What I got was pigeon excrement outside of the window on cardboard, filthy walls, missing smoke detector, exposed electrical wires, dangerous mold in the bathroom and shower floor, and a bed that was fit for a prison cell. I drove three hours into the night only to turn around and leave. The view was of two burned out and abandoned buildings on either side of the balcony. My stay in the north was ruined and I was left exhausted and scrambling for last minute accommodations just before Shabbat. Hotel.com failed in protecting me and now I am left fighting for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Avoid Yala Rent. They are scammers and liars.
