Bien situé et propre. Belle chambre. Très bonne réceptionniste aidante.

Le manque de contrôle au niveau des bornes de recharge. Aucune note ou indication n'est donnée concernant l'utilisation civilisée des bornes: il n'y en a que 3 et certains se branchent pour la nuit sans libérer la borne lorsque la charge est terminée. Donc, si on arrive trop tard c'est impossible de recharger sa voiture.

"Poor customer service"

We opened a drawer which contained a hide-away pressing table but couldn't close it even after following the directions (and I have a PhD. !). I went downstairs to the front desk and reported the problem. The receptionist said they would come, Nobody came. The open drawer obstructed the way to the bathroom which is dangerous at night.
