Well located with ample parking. The rooms were large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Although bookings made a mistake in letting us have one room the manager somehow fitted us in and this was well appreciated..

The Bath Arms Hotel is a Pub/Restaurant/Hotel. It's right in the centre of Chedder. It's on the main road, but it was quiet at bed time so not a problem. It's a very popular place the bar and restaurant were very busy on the midweek night that we stayed there. The food is all cooked fresh when ordered so there can be a short wait, but it's worth it. We had an evening meal and breakfast, Both were Excellent. Our bedroom was a superior double, very large and very clean. The bathroom was also very large with a shower over a bath. It too was nice and clean. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful.

My only niggle was that the very large double bed had a obvious joint down the middle (two singles pushed together) not normally a problem, but on this occasion it was. It's a very old listed building so expect a few anomalies it's part of its character. .
