"Promete muito e entrega pouquíssimo."

Infelizmente ficamos frustrados com o hotel.

Promete muito pelo instagram e não entrega nem 20%. Limpeza do quarto não aconteceu. Comida fria e sem tempero. Café da manhã com bolo ressecado e pudim sem gosto de pudim. Falta mais capricho na comida e na manutenção do hotel. Cobra muito caro, mas não dá o devido conforto ao hóspede.

Silenciosa.

Quarto longe pra caramba de tudo, faltou tapete de chão e toalha de rosto no banheiro, não tava tão limpo e o controle da tv tava com a pilha bem fraca. Na recepção são mal humorados e demoram demais pra nos atender. No restaurante foram bem educados e simpáticos, mas achei pouca opção de fruta no café. Senti falta de bebedouro. Piscina infantil tava limpa em um dia e bem suja no outro.
