The staff was friendly and helpful. All the other guests were nice and friendly in the common breakfast area and halls. The “vibe” of the hotel is friendly! I think management must be excellent to create such an environment.

Check in was delayed over an hour and that was irritating. Also, we didn’t realize till later in the evening that the mini fridge was not cooling. It wasn’t worth switching rooms that late but when we woke up the morning of check it was working properly

"My stay was lovely and peaceful."

I liked that even though it was full, it didn’t feel like it. It was nice and quiet. We were close to the water park and food spots. The staff was awesome!

Two things I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a waffle maker, but I understand it can be a bit much. The pool was a nice size but I think put to much chemicals in it, the smell was very strong.
