Quality Inn & Suites Roanoke - Fort Worth North

The location was good. The beds and pillows were good.

The breakfast wasn’t that good. There was eggs in a circle. There was no meat to go with the the eggs. The waffle was good, but the syrup was old. There was cream cheese but no bagels to put it on. We stayed three nights and never had a maid come check on us. We got our own towels and emptied the trash ourselves. Will not stay in another Quality Inn.

Had a small n issue with the room. They fixed it right away.

I left my personal blanket. Gift from my son. Called, the blanket was not found.

Closer to Northwest high school I was working

I checked in at 3pm and from that moment the nightmare begin, The hotel was so noisy I wanted to just check out and go back to Waxahachie where I live.There were loud kids that was somewhere close to my room and to top that off there was a barking dog that barked everytime someone passed the door. No sleep at all and I let the staff know when I checked out and told her this was a waist of money staying here because I didn't get any rest, She said the next time you come we will put you in a much quieter room,She didn't say sorry for your experience and I will be more than happy to make a refund or a complimentary stay on the hotel, So I want be returning to this hotel because my rest and money didn't mean anything to the staff.

El precio y la ubicación, el servicio estaba más o menos

Lo primero que me dieron una habitación toda sucia después me cambiaron a otra habitación y estaba limpia, pero las almohadas estaban sucias. Había sábanas que tenían manchas, me quedé por dos días y en esos dos días no entraron a limpiar el cuarto ni nada me he quedado unos en otras instalaciones y la mera verdad Siempre entran limpian el cuarto te ponen toallas, te ponen shampoo, pero esta vez no fue así
