Rooms need to be updated and smelled like smoke. There was hair in our tub and mold.

Very close to TMS for LS Fest, would stay again!

Staff very polite & helpful.

The complementary breakfast was pretty good

I know it’s an up-and-coming hotel but there are some major things that need to be fixed. I feel like the carpets need to be steam cleaned in the hallway and in the room. Also, the tile in the bathrooms need to be replaced. Also didn’t receive any notification about a fire alarm testing going on.

All around good place to stay.

Our room was sub-par at the best. The water didnt get hot, AC was not easy to use and the toilet clogged. Light came in from under the door and through the curtains. You could hear every noise from the hall way. Night time employees made you feel like you were bothering them. Cost was not worth it! Assistant manager and maintenance man were great!!

Well to start the place wasn’t very clean. And it definitely needs to be remolded. The carpets were nasty looking and the place looked very dark and dirty. Then the key cards add be reset everyday. And I heard others having the same problems. I ended up with 5 different key cards and still had to get them reset to get into the room. I will not be planning on staying there next year when I go back for that event.

Bed was very comfortable 😌 😴

Had to get towels from front desk. Housekeeping didn't replace them.

It was cold and coffee was bad.

Floors were not clean room and hallway. The sensor on the outside door didn’t work very well.
