L'Hotel si trova in un piccolo paesino, vicino ad un castello. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione un intero appartamento. La colazione è ricca di ogni cosa, organizzata a buffet. I titolari gentilissimi, anche se non parlano molto l'inglese.

I have been using Booking for years, and this is the first time I’ve had such a negative experience—being charged more than the price I reserved through the website. The booking clearly indicated accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children, and there is proof of that. However, the property owners were rude and insisted we pay an additional €40 for the children. We asked them to call Booking and resolve the issue, but they were dismissive and told us to handle it ourselves, claiming it was a system error. I am certain they were aware of the price we reserved and could have informed us beforehand, but instead, they let us arrive at the property and then extorted money from us. As it was 10 PM and we had children with us, we were forced to stay, although we would have preferred to leave. This is not about the €40—it’s about the principle and basic human decency. We’ve already contacted Booking and are waiting for their response.
