Es gab einfach nichts zu meckern! Wir wurden äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen, alles wurde erklärt. An der Bar gab es eine sehr große Auswahl an Getränken. Das Zimmer war modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, Minibar inklusive, Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig, alles da was man sich wünscht. Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis!

"Nachteilig für Gäste, die mit PKW und Gepäck anreisen, da nächstgelegenes Parkhaus 200m entfernt."

Lage unmittelbar am Hbf, für Zugreisende praktisch.

Im Vorfeld wurde die Anfrage nach einem PKW-Stellplatz nicht präzise beantwortet. Antwort war « oeffentliches Parkhaus Sachsenseite 3 nutzen. Dies führte zum Parkhaus des Bahnhofs. Der richtige Hinweis wäre gewesen, laden Sie Gepäck vor dem Hotel ab und nutzen dann das Parkhaus bei der Fernbuseinfahrt. Diese schlechte Kommunikation fûhrte zu erheblichen Umständen für den Gast. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer lief nicht ordentlich ab (Syphonreinigung unterblieben) und Tissues waren fix zu Ende (hätte bei der Zimmerreinigung auffallen müssen)
