Room was completely dirty. Smeared blood on doors. Clothing stickers stuck to walls. Marijuana smell coming into the room from other rooms. Beds didn’t have sheets or even proper comforter. And all you can feel when laying on the beds are the springs in them. When we asked about a first floor room because we have someone in our party missing half of their leg and are n crutches the lady told us they were fully booked. 2 hours later after coming back from supper a male employee told us no they weren’t fully booked up at all.

Nothing I was forced to pay for a room with no cover on the bed no rags hair on the bed from the previous renters I was never given a chance to prove my case with photos I took of the room and I deserve to be reimbursed

The cleanliness the rooms were disgusting , front desk lady rude .

Nothing the room was nasty the wall and bed was dirty the bathroom walls had blood on it

The staff, the room the whole place was not clean.
